Sunday, Jan. 1

  • Report of suspicious activity in the 29000 block of Salmon River Highway. Officers contacted the involved parties and determined no crimes were committed.   
  • Warrant arrest occurred on Salmon River Highway near milepost 19. Officers contacted a male walking in the area and arrested him for an out-of-county warrant.
  • Officers assisted an outside agency on Salmon River Highway near milepost 25. A white SUV was reported crashed into a ditch. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.
  • Drug complaint received in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Officers assisted an outside agency in locating two motorcycles that were travelling at a high rate of speed in the 28000 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Suspicious activity reported in the 8700 block of Grand Ronde Road. Officers contacted an individual and determined no crimes were committed
  • Officers received an attempt to locate call for a suspected DUII vehicle leaving the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Officers checked the area, but did not locate the vehicle. A nearby agency located the vehicle and arrested the driver for DUII.
  • Domestic disturbance reported in the 28000 block of A Ackerson Road. After investigation, officers determined no crimes were committed and both parties were separated.
  • Report of a 911 hang-up call in the 48000 block of Blacktail Drive. Officers determined it was accidental.
  • Officers received a cover request from an outside agency in the 400 block of Bridge Street in Willamina for a report of a verbal dispute. Officers separated both parties and determined no crimes were committed.

Monday, Jan. 2

  • Report of a missing juvenile in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road. Officers quickly located the missing youth and returned the person home.
  • Officers were requested to cover an outside agency for a two-vehicle crash in the 29000 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Drug complaint received in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Report of an alarm in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road. Officers determined it was a tripped sensor due to high winds.
  • Report of a female slapping another individual in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Officers arrested the female for harassment.
  • Officers received an attempt to locate call for a suspected DUII vehicle leaving the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Officers located the vehicle, but it was unoccupied in a private driveway.
  • Report of a theft in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.

Tuesday, Jan. 3

  • Public assist occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road. Officers escorted an individual to retrieve some belongings.
  • Citizen contact occurred near milepost 23 on Salmon River Highway. Officers contacted two occupants in a vehicle that ran out of gas and was having vehicular problems.

Wednesday, Jan. 4

  • Officers assisted an outside agency on a trespass issue in the 52000 block of Hebo Road.
  • Welfare check conducted in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.

Thursday, Jan. 5

  • Officers responded to the 28000 block of Salmon River Highway to a report of damage to a sign.

Friday, Jan. 6

  • Drug complaint reported in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Report of a suspicious vehicle in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Officers determined no crimes were committed.
  • Report of a crash near milepost 19 on Salmon River Highway. Officers arrived and determined the crash was already reported and no one was near the vehicle.
  • Report of a vehicle hitting a deer in the 45000 block of Hebo Road. Officers arrived and moved the deceased deer from the roadway.

Saturday, Jan. 7

  • Officers assisted an individual with their court date and time appearance in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
  • Officers assisted an outside agency with a welfare check in Dallas. Officers confirmed the individual was in the area of Raven Loop and Tilixam Circle.

Sunday, Jan. 8

  • Officers responded to the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway for a report of found ammunition.
  • Suspicious activity reported in the 96000 block of Hebo Road. Officers contacted an individual and warned him for trespassing.
  • While officers were patrolling the area in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road, they saw some property had been damaged. After investigation, officers determined the damage was caused by stormy conditions.
  • Suspicious activity reported in the 26000 block of Salmon River Highway. Officers contacted individuals inside a vehicle and warned them for trespassing.
  • Suspicious activity reported in the 8500 block of Grand Ronde Road. Officers contacted a single occupant of a vehicle and warned the subject for trespass.
  • Officers responded to a house fire in the 28000 block of McPherson Road. Officers along with fire personnel determined there were no injuries and everyone in the home was safe.
  • Officers assisted an outside agency with a vehicle crash in the 65000 block of Hebo Road. Officers responded and after a search of the area they were unable to locate a crash. After communicating with the outside agency, officers determined that the involved subject had arrived at his residence.

Monday, Jan. 9 

  • Officers contacted a subject who had a warrant for his arrest in 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
  • Officers were requested to respond to the area on Mill Street in Sheridan for an active disturbance. While officers were responding, they were advised that they could disregard.
  • Citizen contact occurred at the Grand Ronde Tribal Police Department.
  • Officers were dispatched to a disturbance in the 9600 block of Tilixam Circle. It was reported juveniles were involved. Officers arrived and after investigation they determined the juveniles were safe and no crime had been committed.
  • Officers responded to 27000 block of Salmon River Highway for a report of a counterfeit bill. Officers determined the bill was fake and seized it.

Tuesday, Jan. 10

  • Officers responded to a report of suspicious activity in the 26000 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Officers contacted a subject who had a warrant for his arrest near milepost 29 on Salmon River Highway.
  • Officers assisted an outside agency with taking a subject into custody for a felony warrant he had for his arrest in the area of Highway 22 and Mill Creek Road.
  • Officers responded to a report of criminal mischief in the 100 block of Wind River Drive.
  • Found drugs were turned into the Grand Ronde Tribal Police Department.

Wednesday, Jan. 11

  • Drug complaint reported in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Citizen contact occurred at the Grand Ronde Tribal Police Department.

Thursday, Jan. 12

  • Officers were dispatched to an attempt to locate for a vehicle towing a trailer with items hanging out on Highway 18 near milepost 28. Officers located the vehicle and had the driver secure the load.
  • Officers were dispatched to an emotionally disturbed person in the 27000 block Salmon River Highway. Officers contacted the subject and found them resources.
  • Officers escorted a subject to get some of his belongings in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
  • Officers responded to a welfare check on the area of Salmon River Highway and Grand Ronde Road. There were reports of a subject standing on the side of the road for a long time. Officers contacted the subject and determined he was OK.
  • Officers assisted an outside agency in the area of the 28000 block of Salmon River Highway on a subject who needed help. Officers contacted the subject and provided him with care until medical personnel arrived.

Friday, Jan. 13

  • Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
  • Officers arrested a subject on Highway 18 near milepost 27. The subject had a warrant for his arrest.
  • Officers stopped a vehicle on Highway 18 near milepost 27. Officers determined the subject had a suspended license at a criminal level and arrested the driver.
  • Missing person reported in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Officers determined the subject was not missing.

Saturday, Jan. 14

  • Officers assisted an outside agency with a subject who had a warrant for their arrest.
  • Citizen contact occurred in the 45000 block of Hebo Road.
  • Officers assisted an outside agency in an attempt to locate a subject who had a warrant for their arrest.
  • Officers responded to a fraud call in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Officers determined a subject was in possession of fraudulent money.

Sunday, Jan. 15

  • Drug complaint reported in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Officers responded to the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway for a report of damaged property. Officers identified who caused the damage and the person was arrested.
  • Officers responded to a domestic disturbance call on the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Officers located a female with a bloody lip. After further investigation, officers located a subject who was arrested for domestic violence.
  • Officers responded to the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway to a report of a fight. Officers arrived and determined it was only a pushing match. Neither subject wanted to pursue charges and were separated.

Monday, Jan. 16

  • Officers responded to the 8700 block of Grand Ronde Road to a report of an overdose. It was reported a subject was in a vehicle slumped over, in and out of consciousness. Officers responded and searched the area, but were unable to locate the subject or the vehicle.
  • Officers assisted an outside agency on an overdose call.
  • Officers were dispatched to a theft in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Officers received a driving complaint on Highway 18 near milepost 21. The vehicle was reported as tailgating the caller. Officers attempted to locate the vehicle, but were unsuccessful.
  • Report of a counterfeit bill on the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.

Tuesday, Jan. 17

  • Officers responded to a report of drug exposure in the 1000 block of Oaken Hills Drive in Willamina.
  • Officers located two subjects walking on Highway 18 near milepost 23 who were in need of food. Officers provided the couple with a couple boxes of food.
  • Officers responded to a suspicious activity call on the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.

Wednesday, Jan. 18

  • Officers responded to the 28000 block of McPherson Road to a possible electrical fire at a residence. Officers along with fire personnel arrived and determined there was no fire.
  • Officers responded to a suspicious activity call on the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Officers responded to a suspicious vehicle in the 9500 block of Raven Loop.
  • An outside agency requested officers locate a deer that needed to be dispatched on Highway 18 near milepost 20. Officers searched the area, but were unable to find the injured deer.

Thursday, Jan. 19

  • Officers attended a community event in Elders housing.
  • Officers responded to a fraud call in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.

Friday, Jan. 20

  • Officers responded to a theft in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Officers received a report of a suspicious package on the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.

Saturday, Jan. 21

  • Officers were dispatched to a suspicious activity call in the 26000 block of Salmon River highway. Officers located various counterfeit bills along with equipment.
  • Officers responded to a suspicious activity call on Highway 18 near milepost 23. Officers contacted two subjects and determined no crimes were committed.
  • Officers located and arrested a subject who was involved in a theft.

Sunday, Jan. 22

  • Officers responded to a suspicious vehicle in the 96000 block of Hebo Road.
  • An outside agency sent out an attempt to locate on a suspect vehicle that was involved in an assault from their jurisdiction and was possibly headed toward Grand Ronde. An outside agency located the vehicle.
  • Suspicious vehicle reported in the 25000 block of Grand Ronde Road.

Monday, Jan. 23

  • Officers responded to the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road to a report of a trespass. Officers contacted the subject and provided him with a bus voucher.
  • Officers assisted an outside agency on a shots fired call. Officers determined the subject did not shoot at anyone and was on his property. No crimes were committed.
  • Officers assisted Department of Human Services’ employees in the 271000 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Officers received a driving complaint on Highway 18 near milepost 15. The vehicle was reported as driving reckless and at high speeds. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.
  • Officers responded to a suspicious vehicle in the 9600 block of Hebo Road. Officers warned the single occupant of the vehicle for trespass.
  • Officers assisted in an attempt to locate a suspect vehicle that was involved in an assault. An outside agency notified officers that the vehicle was headed toward Grand Ronde. Officers from a surrounding agency located the vehicle.
  • Officers responded to a suspicious vehicle in the 25000 block of Grand Ronde Road.

  • Officers located two subjects walking on Highway 18 near milepost 23 who were in need of food. Officers provided the couple with a couple boxes of food.

  • Officers located and arrested the subject who was involved in a theft.

Sunday, Jan. 29

  • Officers responded to a suspicious vehicle on the 96000 block of Hebo Road.
  • An outside agency sent out an attempt to locate on a suspect vehicle that was involved in an assault from their jurisdiction and was possibly headed toward Grand Ronde. An outside agency was able to locate the vehicle.
  • Suspicious vehicle reported in the 25000 block of Grand Ronde Road.
  • Citizen contact occurred on Salmon River Highway near milepost 23.
  • Citizen contact occurred near milepost 24 on Hebo Road.
  • Officers responded to a report of a counterfeit bill in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Officers responded to a welfare check on the 28000 block of McPherson Road. It was reported that an unknown subject was intoxicated and trying to enter a residence. Officers responded and determined the subject had been picked up and was out of the area.
  • Officers responded to suspicious activity call in the 96000 block of Grand Ronde Road.

Monday, Jan. 30

  • Officers received a driving complaint on Salmon River Highway near milepost 25. It was reported the vehicle was traveling at high rates of speed and passing in no-passing zones. Officers located the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop for various traffic violations. Officers issued the driver a citation for the violations that were committed.
  • Officers received a report of a driving complaint on Salmon River Highway near milepost 15. Officers were not in the area and were unable to locate the vehicle.
  • Officers assisted an outside agency with a report of a burglary. The victims were leaving the area and were headed to Grand Ronde. Officers were able to locate the victims and interview them.
  • Officers received a report of a hazard on the roadway near milepost 23 on Salmon River Highway. Officers drove the area and located cement bricks, but they determined they were on the side of the road not causing a hazard to other vehicles.
  • Officers responded to a welfare check in the 85000 block of Grand Ronde Road. Officers contacted the subject and determined the subject was OK and did not need assistance.
  • Citizen contact occurred near milepost 22 on Salmon River Highway.
  • Citizen contact occurred near Coyote Court.

Tuesday, Jan. 31

  • Officers responded to a report of a theft on the 96000 block of Grand Ronde Road.
  • Officers responded a suspicious vehicle in the 96000 block of Hebo Road. Officers warned the subject for trespassing.
