Wednesday, July 1    

• Officers responded to a possible domestic disturbance in the Tribal housing area.
• Officers assisted an outside agency with attempting to locate a vehicle crash in the area of Highway 18 and Hebo Road.
• Officers responded to a call about fireworks at Big Buck Campground.

Thursday, July 2   

• A warrant arrest occurred at the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Officers assisted an outside agency with a medical call in Tribal housing.
• Officers assisted an outside agency with checking on a disabled motorist near milepost 19 on Highway 18.

Friday, July 3   

• Officers took a report of illegal dumping at the Big Buck Campground.
• Officers responded to the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway for a possible domestic violence situation. It ended with an arrest.
• Officers assisted an outside agency with attempting to locate the subject of a driving complaint near milepost 29 on Highway 18.

Saturday, July 4  

• Officers responded to a disturbance at local restaurant. An outside agency handled the investigation.
• Possible illegal drugs were reported at the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Officers responded to a fire at the recycling dumpster in Tribal housing. Fire personnel extinguished the fire.
• A possible disturbance was reported at the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.

Sunday, July 5  

• A two-vehicle crash occurred on Highway 18 and Hebo Road.
• Possible trespassing and disorderly conduct were reported at the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.

Monday, July 6    

• Possible illegal dumping was reported at the recycling dumpster in Tribal Housing.
• Possible suspicious activity was reported in the parking area at the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Individuals were transferring items between vehicles. No criminal activity was identified.

Tuesday, July 7  

• A follow-up investigation of possible drug use at the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway was conducted. Due to lack of evidence and insufficient probable cause, no search warrant or arrest was pursued.
• Found property was located at the 48000 block of Southwest Blacktail Drive.
• Officers responded to reports of possible burning wire at the 28000 block of Ackerson Road.
• Officers responded to a report of an individual stepping in front of vehicles near milepost 23 on Highway 18.

Wednesday, July 8

• Drug paraphernalia was found at the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. It was seized and destroyed.
• Citizen contact occurred near milepost 22 on Highway 18.

Thursday, July 9

• Officers assisted an outside agency near Highway 18 with an arrest for possession of a controlled substance.
• Officers responded to a report of a naked person throwing items into the roadway at the interchange of highways 18 and 22.
• Officers responded to the powwow grounds regarding two 911 hang up calls, where a person reportedly could be heard yelling that they were being chased. Officers checked the property and were unable to locate anyone.
• Officers assisted an outside agency with a disturbance at the 47000 block of Hebo Road.
• Officers responded to a report of a motorcycle eluding an outside agency near milepost 32 on Highway 18.
• Officers responded to a 911 hang up call involving juveniles near the 51000 block of Hebo Road. Officers contacted them and spoke about the misuse of 911.
• Citizen contact occurred at the 53000 block of Southwest Sourgrass Road, which resulted with an arrest for an outstanding warrant and a citation on an outstanding warrant.

Friday, July 10  

• A possible domestic disturbance was reported at the 9500 block of Raven Loop.

Saturday, July 11

• Officers assisted an outside agency with an intoxicated individual who reportedly crashed into nearby property and attempted to leave in the 300 block of Northwest Sixth Street in Willamina.
• Officers assisted a family removing their disabled vehicle from the side of roadway near Grand Ronde Road and Highway 18.

Sunday, July 12 

• A domestic disturbance was reported at the 9500 block of Raven Loop.
• Possible drug selling was reported at the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.
• A suspicious vehicle was reported circling Tribal campus near the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road. It was not located.
• Officers responded to the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway for a vehicle doing burnouts. The vehicle left prior to officers’ arrival. It was later located and the driver was arrested for DUII by an outside agency.

Monday, July 13   

• A follow-up regarding an ongoing investigation occurred at the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
• A driving complaint was reported near milepost 36 on Highway 18.
• Found property was reported at the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road consisting of several identification cards.
• A requested civil standby was reported near the 47000 block of Hebo Road.

Tuesday, July 14

• Officers assisted an outside agency with a reported DUII crash near the 200 block of Southeast Lamson Street in Willamina.
• Officers assisted an outside agency with attempted civil service near the 9400 block of Grand Ronde Road.
• Officers assisted with a resident locked out at the 25000 block of Southwest Coyote Court.
• Officers received a report of an attempted telephone scam where the caller spoofed the police department’s phone number and falsely claimed the victim had missed jury duty, had a warrant and owed $125,000.
• Officers responded to a confrontation at the powwow grounds.

Wednesday, July 15 

• Trespassing was reported at Tribal property near the 3500 block of Aldercrest Road in Tillamook.
• A domestic disturbance was reported at the 28000 block of Salmon River Highway.

Thursday, July 16

• A domestic disturbance was reported at the 26000 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Officers reported to an apparently abandoned vehicle at the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.

Friday, July 17  

• A suspicious vehicle was reported near the Grand Ronde Library.
• Officers responded regarding a loose dog near the 9600 block of Raven Loop.
• Officers removed hay that was blocking a lane near milepost 23 on Highway 18.
• Possible animal abuse was reported near the 9600 block of Tillixam Circle.
• A family disturbance was reported at the 28000 block of McPherson Road.

Saturday, July 18 

• A false alarm was reported at the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Drugs were found at the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Officers assisted an outside agency with a disturbance near the 100 block of Hill Drive.
• Officers assisted an outside agency with an domestic violence investigation near Southwest Frys Lane and Ballston Road.
• Officers assisted an outside agency with a reported sexual assault near the 500 block of Yamhill Street in Sheridan.

Sunday, July 19 

• Officers assisted an outside agency with a warrant arrest near the 200 block of Northeast D Street in Willamina.
• Officers assisted an outside agency with a reported burglary near the 38000 block of Tenbush Lane in Willamina.
• A possible suicidal individual was reported at the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.

Monday, July 20

• Officers assisted an outside agency with a domestic disturbance near the 48000 block of Hebo Road.
• Officers assisted an outside agency with service of civil paperwork near the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
• Citizen contact occurred near milepost 26 on Highway 18. Officers provided the person with a ride due to their vehicle being broken down.
• A driving complaint was reported near milepost 3 on Highway 18.

Tuesday, July 21   

• A driving complaint was reported near milepost 19 on Highway 18.
• A driving complaint was reported near milepost 22 on Highway 18.
• Officers assisted an outside agency with a domestic disturbance near the 900 block of Southeast Sheridan Road.
• Officers assisted an outside agency with a single car crash near milepost 14 on Highway 22.
• Fraud was reported at the 9100 block of Arrow Wood Drive.

Wednesday, July 22

• Possible drug activity was reported at the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. A police K-9 alerted on a vehicle, which resulted in seizure of approximately eight grams of meth and other drug paraphernalia.
• Two suspects were arrested at the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway due to court order violations.
• A welfare check occurred at the 100 block of Wind River Drive.

Thursday, July 23

• Fraud was reported at the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Possible theft was reported at the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Officers assisted an outside agency with a burglar alarm near the 22700 block of Highway 18B.
• Drugs were reported at the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.
• A minor vehicle crash was reported at the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.

Friday, July 24

• An arrest for domestic violence occurred near the 200 block of Ead Creek Loop.
• A welfare check was requested at the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
• A previously trespassed individual was reported at the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway and left with no issues.

Saturday, July 25

• A domestic disturbance was reported at the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.
• A driving complaint was reported near milepost 26 on Highway 18.

Sunday, July 26 

• A traffic stop occurred near milepost 22 on Highway 18, which resulted in multiple traffic violations.
• Theft was reported at the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.

• Officers responded to a report of racial slurs being yelled toward workers of a roofing crew near the 9600 block of Tillixam Circle.
• Officers assisted an outside agency with a runaway juvenile near Highway 18.
• Officers responded to a medical incident at the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.

Wednesday, July 29

• Prescription medication and culturally significant property theft was reported near the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
• Counterfeit money was found at the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.
• A warrant arrest occurred at the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.

Thursday, July 30

• Officers assisted an outside agency with a warrant service near the 28800 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Stolen items were reported near Grand Ronde Road.
• Officers assisted an outside agency with an investigation near the 8500 block of Grand Ronde Road.
• Suspicious activity was reported near Agency Creek Road.

Friday, July 31

• Officers assisted an outside agency with a domestic disturbance near Balm and Sherman streets in Sheridan.
• Officers responded to an unconscious individual at Wandering Spirit RV Park and assisted until emergency medical services arrived.
• A driving complaint was reported near milepost 23 on Highway 18.
• Officers assisted an outside agency with a single car crash near milepost 1 on Highway 18B.
• Officers assisted an outside agency with an arrest near milepost 24 on Highway 18.
• Possible stalking was reported at the 9600 block of Hebo Road.
• A welfare check occurred near 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
