Wednesday, Sept. 2   

• Officers assisted an outside agency with a CPR call at the 25000 block of Southwest Blue Jay Court.
• Officers responded to the 9000 block of Hebo Road for a single-vehicle, non-injury crash.
• Officers assisted an outside agency with reuniting an elderly individual with their caretaker near the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Suspicious activity was reported at the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.

Thursday, Sept. 3   

• Officers responded to Hebo Road and Highway 18 for a single-vehicle, non-injury crash.
• Officers responded to the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway for a reportedly intoxicated individual preparing to leave.
• Citizen contact occurred at Hebo Road.

Friday, Sept. 4  

• Officers responded to the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway for a single-vehicle crash involving a vehicle that struck a light pole.
• A warrant arrest occurred at the 25000 block of Southwest Blue Jay Court.
• Officers assisted an outside agency with a crash that occurred at milepost 17 on Highway 18.
• Officers assisted an outside agency with a hit-and-run investigation at the 24000 block of Grand Ronde Road.
• A welfare check occurred at the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Citizen contact occurred at the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.

• A single-vehicle crash was reported near milepost 12 on Highway 18.

Sunday, Sept. 6    

• Officers assisted an outside agency with a single-vehicle crash near milepost 23 on Hebo Road.
• A report of a lost person was resolved with an arrest near milepost 15.5 on Highway 18.
• A follow-up contact occurred at the 48000 block of Southwest Eagle Loop.

Monday, Sept. 7

• Officers responded to Highway 18 near Exit 25 on a report of large garbage bags in the roadway.
• A driving complaint was reported near Hebo and Grand Ronde roads.
• Citizen contact occurred near milepost 21 on Highway 18.

Tuesday, Sept. 8

• Citizen contact occurred over the phone about a fishing regulation violation.
• Officers assisted an outside agency with investigation in Grand Ronde.

Wednesday, Sept. 9

• Officers assisted an outside agency with a single vehicle crash near milepost 15 on Highway 18.
• A welfare check occurred on Hebo Road and Highway 18.
• An alarm call occurred at the 8000 block of Fort Hill Road.

Thursday, Sept. 10  

• Officers responded to Tribal housing for a reported sick or injured deer. The deer was euthanized and turned over to the Oregon Department of Fish & Wildlife for further testing.
• Officers assisted an outside agency with an intoxicated individual in the 300 block of Pacific Hills Drive.
• Officers received reports of a non-injury vehicle crash in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Officers assisted an outside agency with a driving complaint near the 26800 block of Salmon River Highway.

Friday, Sept. 11

• Citizen contact occurred at the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Officers assisted an outside agency at Willamina High School with a medical emergency.
• Officers responded to a report of an individual lying in the roadway at the 25700 block of Yamhill River Road.
• A DUII arrest occurred near milepost 24 on Highway 18.
