Suspicious activity reported in the 26800 block of Salmon River Highway. Male subject was arrested for theft in the second degree and criminal trespass in the second degree, and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.

Assist outside agency with a welfare check in the 26000 block of Yamhill River Road.
Assist outside agency with a reported forgery in the 100 block of Main Street in Willamina.
Assist outside agency with suspicious activity in the area of Main and E streets in Willamina.

Saturday, Dec. 22

Traffic stop in the area of Southwest Hebo Road and Salmon River Highway. Female subject was issued a citation to appear on a valid warrant issued out of Lebanon Municipal Court.
Assist outside agency with suspicious conditions in the 300 block of Main Street in Willamina.
Traffic stop occurred in the area of Grand Ronde and Andy Riggs roads. Female subject was arrested on a valid Lincoln County Circuit Court warrant for probation violation and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.

Welfare check performed in the area of milepost 21 on Salmon River Highway.
Warrant arrest occurred in the 8500 block of Grand Ronde Road. Male subject was arrested on a valid Polk County Circuit Court warrant and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
Assist outside agency with a single-vehicle, non-injury crash in the area of milepost 24 on Southwest Hebo Road.
Citizen contact occurred in the area of milepost 15 on Salmon River Highway.
Assist outside agency with a medical call in the 25000 block of Coyote Court.

Monday, Dec. 24

Assist outside agency with a single-vehicle, non-injury crash in the area of milepost 27 on Salmon River Highway.
Assist outside agency with a driving complaint in the area of milepost 22 on Salmon River Highway.
Traffic stop performed in the area of milepost 1 on Highway 22. Male subject was issued a citation to appear for the crime of driving while suspended (misdemeanor).
Welfare check occurred in the 9700 block of Tilixam Circle.
Assist outside agency with a reported domestic disturbance in the 8800 block of Grand Ronde Road. Male and female subjects were issued citations to appear on the criminal charge of harassment.

Citizen contact occurred in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. Female subject was arrested on seven valid warrants out of Benton County and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.

Tuesday, Dec. 25

Traffic stop occurred in the area of milepost 22 on Salmon River Highway. Male subject was arrested for unlawful possession of methamphetamine and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
Welfare check performed in the 9600 block of Tilixam Circle.
Assist outside agency with a reported dispute in the area of Highway 22 and Sawtell Road.

Wednesday, Dec. 26

Forgery reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
Assist outside agency with a driving complaint in the area of milepost 7 on Highway 22. Vehicle was located in the area of milepost 24 on Southwest Hebo Road. Male subject was arrested on a valid Oregon State Parole Board warrant and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
Assist outside agency with a reported burglary in progress in the 38000 block of Tenbush Lane in Willamina.

Responded to a non-injury, two-vehicle crash in the 8800 block of Grand Ronde Road.

Assist outside agency with a reported disturbance in the 27600 block of Andy Riggs Road. Male subject was arrested for harassment and unlawful possession of methamphetamine, and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
Driving complaint received in the area of milepost 26 westbound on Salmon River Highway.
Assist outside agency in the 500 block of Jackson Street in Willamina. Female subject was arrested and transported to the Yamhill County Jail in McMinnville.
Suspicious activity in the 28000 block of McPherson Road.
Traffic stop in the area of milepost 24 on Southwest Hebo Road. Male subject was issued a citation to appear for misdemeanor driving while suspended.
