Domestic harassment reported in the 9600 block of Tilixam Circle. Male subject was arrested and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
Welfare check performed in the 9600 block of Tilixam Circle.

Friday, Dec. 7

Civil service performed in the 9500 block of Raven Loop.
Drug complaint received in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
Assist outside agency with a non-injury two-vehicle crash at Highway 18B and Rock Creek Road in Sheridan.
Civil service performed in the 400 block of Oaken Hills Drive in Willamina.
Assist outside agency with a DUII (controlled substance) investigation in the area of milepost 26 on Salmon River Highway.
Telephonic harassment reported in the 9700 block of Tilixam Circle.
Traffic stop in the 8500 block of Fort Hill Road. Male subject was arrested for the combination of DUII (alcohol and marijuana) and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.

Saturday, Dec. 8

Assist outside agency with a reported burglary in progress in the 10000 block of Southwest Gilbert Creek Road.
Motorist assist in the area of milepost 1 on Service Road 406 Agency Creek.
Assist outside agency with reported suspicious activity in the 26000 block of Yamhill River Road.
Domestic dispute reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.

Tuesday, Dec. 11

Drug complaint received in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. Male and female subjects were arrested for unlawful possession of heroin and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
Assist outside agency on a welfare check in the 8600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
Assist outside agency with a reported dispute in the 8500 block of Grand Ronde Road.

Wednesday, Dec. 12

Civil service performed in the 27000 block of Jahn Road.
Suspicious activity reported in the 8500 block of Grand Ronde Road. Male subject was arrested on a valid felony warrant issued out of Clackamas County Circuit Court for parole violation and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. He was transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
Assist outside agency with a reported dispute in the 27000 block of Andy Riggs Road.
Animal complaint received in the area of milepost 20 on Salmon River Highway.
Warrant arrest occurred in the 9600 block of Raven Loop. Female subject was arrested on a valid Newberg Municipal Court warrant for probation violation and transported to the Yamhill County Jail in McMinnville.

Assist outside agency with a DUII (controlled substance) investigation at Willamette Valley Medical Center in McMinnville.
Welfare check performed in the 9600 block of Raven Loop.
Assist outside agency with a non-injury vehicle crash in the area of milepost 18 on Salmon River Highway.
Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
Traffic stop in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. Female subject was arrested for DUII (alcohol), interfering with a police officer and resisting arrest. She was transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas after providing a breath sample of .15 percent blood alcohol content.

Assist outside agency with a reported single vehicle crash in the area of milepost 13 on Southwest Hebo Road.
Assist outside agency with a single vehicle injury crash in the area of milepost 19 on Salmon River Highway. Male subject was transported to Willamette Valley Medical Center in McMinnville by West Valley Fire personnel.
Suspicious activity reported in the 8600 block of Fort Hill Road.
Traffic stop in the area of milepost 23 on Salmon River Highway. Female subject was arrested on three valid warrants and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.

Found property in the 26800 block of Salmon River Highway.
Assist outside agency with a reported disturbance in the 28000 block of Salmon River Highway.
Assist outside agency with a reported dispute in the 28000 block of Salmon River Highway. Male subject was arrested and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
Driving complaint received in the area of milepost 12 on Highway 22.
Recovered stolen vehicle in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
