Wednesday, Sept. 20

Theft in the 26800 block of Salmon River Highway. Male subject was issued a citation to appear on the charge of theft in the third degree.
Non-injury crash in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
Found property in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
Forgery in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.

Thursday, Sept. 21

Assist outside agency with a domestic disturbance in the 28800 block of Salmon River Highway.
Assist outside agency with a welfare check in the 27000 block of Yamhill River Road.
Suspicious activity in the 8500 block of Grand Ronde Road.
Suspicious activity in the area of Salmon River Highway and Grand Ronde Road. Male subject was arrested on a valid warrant for unlawful possession of methamphetamine and transported to Polk County Jail.

Friday, Sept. 22

Assist outside agency with a driving complaint at milepost 6 on Salmon River Highway.
Failure to perform the duties of a driver – property damage. Non-injury crash in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. Male operator had left the area without contacting the owner of the vehicle. Oregon State Police located the suspect vehicle in the area of milepost 8 on Salmon River Highway after the suspect was involved in a second crash. The operator of the vehicle was arrested for DUII and lodged in the Lincoln County Jail.
Assist outside agency with a driving complaint in the area of milepost 9 on Highway 22.
Medical assist in the 28800 block of Salmon River Highway. Male subject was transported to Willamette Valley Medical Center by West Valley Fire.
Assist outside agency with a male subject who was found to be in violation of the conditions of his probation by being under the influence of alcohol. Subject was arrested and transported to Polk County Jail.
Criminal trespass in the 47100 block of Southwest Hebo Road. Three subjects were contacted after being located on the property. The male operator was arrested and transported to Polk County Jail and lodged for criminal trespass. A female subject, who was uncooperative and provided a false name and date of birth, also was arrested and lodged in Polk County Jail. Corrections staff was able to identify the female subject through finger printing and learned that she had valid warrants for her arrest.

Assist outside agency in the area of milepost 23 on Southwest Hebo Road.
Suspicious conditions in the 9600 block of Southwest Hebo Road.
Assist outside agency with a domestic disturbance in the 25600 block of Salmon River Highway. Male subject was arrested and transported to Polk County Jail.

Monday, Sept. 25

Criminal trespass in the 9600 block of Southwest Hebo Road.
Assist outside agency in the 9500 block of Raven Loop.
Assist outside agency with a non-injury rollover commercial motor vehicle crash in the area of milepost 24 on Southwest Hebo Road.
Found property in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road. Property was returned to the owner.

Criminal trespass in the 48000 block of McPherson Road.
Theft in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
Assist outside agency with an alarm in the 8500 block of Grand Ronde Road.
Disorderly conduct in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.

Wednesday, Sept. 27

Assist outside agency with a child custody issue in the 9600 block of Raven Loop.
Assist outside agency in the 49000 block of McPherson Road.
Assist outside agency with a warrant arrest in the 27000 block of Yamhill River Road.
Driving complaint in the area of milepost 26 on Salmon River Highway.
Assist outside agency with a non-injury crash in the area of milepost 24 on Salmon River Highway.

Driving complaint in the area of milepost 22 on Salmon River Highway.

Friday, Sept. 29

Assist outside agency with a vehicle pursuit involving Salem Police Department, Polk County Sheriff’s Office, Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office and Oregon State Police. The male was suspected of being involved in the robbery of Key Bank and was arrested after being in a non-injury crash in the area of Red Prairie and Mill Creek roads.
Criminal trespass in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
Assist outside agency in the area of Salmon River Highway and Highway 18B. Male operator was arrested by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Assist outside agency with a dispute in Willamina.
Driving complaint in the area of milepost 22 on Salmon River Highway.

Assist outside agency with a non-injury rollover commercial motor vehicle crash in the area of milepost 4 on Agency Creek Road.
Assist outside agency with a physical domestic in the area of milepost 26 on Salmon River Highway.
Assist outside agency in the 9600 block of Tilixam Circle. Female suspect was arrested for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, theft in the second degree, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of heroin.
Driving complaint in the area of milepost 21 on Salmon River Highway.
Motorist assist in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
Assist outside agency with a physical domestic in Sheridan.
Reported harassment in the 48000 block of Black Tail Lane.

Medical assist in the 26800 block of Salmon River Highway. Female subject was transported by West Valley Fire.

Wednesday, Oct. 4

Assist outside agency with illegal camping in the area of milepost 2.5 on Agency Creek Road.
Driving complaint in the area of milepost 21 on Salmon River Highway. Vehicle was located at milepost 30 and the male operator was arrested by Oregon State Police for driving under the influence of alcohol.
Criminal mischief in the 9500 block of Raven Loop.
Found property in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
