Risteen of Willamina and formerly of La Grande and Elgin walked on on May 26 at his residence after an extended illness. At Larry's request, services included only immediate family. The Tribe has partnered with the Environmental Protection Agency and the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality to host a Toxics Take Back Event this spring. This is a free event to collect household hazardous waste from the community.
