• Assist outside agency with a male standing in traffic in the area of milepost 23 on Highway. Medics arrived and transported the male to a local hospital.
• Civil service performed in the 28400 block of McPherson Road.

Saturday, Aug. 8 

• Assist outside agency with an attempt to locate a suspect vehicle in the area of Gold Creek Road.
• Hit-and-run reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Driving complaint reported in the area of milepost 7 on Highway 18.
• Emotionally distressed person reported in the 28400 block of McPherson Road.
• Assist outside agency with a motion alarm in the 22700 block of Highway 18B. The building was clear.
• Disturbance reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Driving complaint received in the area of milepost 14 on Highway 18.
• Driving complaint received in the area of milepost 2 on Highway 18.
• Illegal camping reported in the area of Big Buck campground.

Sunday, Aug. 9     

• Assist outside agency with a physical domestic disturbance in the Willamina area.
• Driving complaint reported in the area of milepost 24 on Highway 18.
• Assist outside agency with a fight in progress in the Willamina area.
• Assist outside agency with serving civil papers in the Willamina area.
• Assist outside agency with a stalled vehicle in the area of milepost 25 on Highway 18.
• A stolen vehicle was stopped in the area of milepost 24 on Hebo Road. A male was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle and possession of methamphetamines, and on a valid warrant out of Polk County. He was transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
• Met with and arrested a male on a previous charge of first-degree forgery. He was transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.

Monday, Aug. 10

• Assist outside agency with a burglary in progress in the Sheridan area.
• Assist outside agency with a domestic disturbance in the 28800 block of Salmon River Highway
• Citizen contact occurred in the 28400 block of McPherson Road. A female turned over a firearm and reported a stolen firearm.
• Report of a sexual assault in the 9500 block of Raven Loop.
• Assist outside agency with an attempt to serve civil papers in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Assist outside agency with reported suspicious activity in the 30300 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Driving complaint reported in the area of milepost 24 on Highway 18.
• Driving complaint reported in the area of milepost 22 on Highway 18.

Tuesday, Aug. 11    

• Citizen contact occurred in the area of Highway 18 and Hebo Road. A male had two valid felony warrants and was transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
• Assist outside agency with a grass fire in the 25900 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Stopped a vehicle in the area of milepost 23 on Highway 18. The female driver was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.
• Citizen contact occurred in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. A female had multiple warrants out of Washington County and she was transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.

Wednesday, Aug. 12  

• Civil issue in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
• Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
• Civil service in the 28800 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Suspicious activity reported in the area of Grand Ronde and McPherson roads.
• Welfare check conducted in the 28400 block of McPherson Road.
• Disturbance reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Suspicious vehicle reported in the area of Hebo Road and Salmon River Highway.
• Assist outside agency with an intoxicated male in the area of milepost 12 on Highway 18. He was given a courtesy ride home.
• Suspicious vehicle reported in the area of Firehall Road and Salmon River Highway.

Thursday, Aug. 13

• Crash reported in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
• Drug complaint received in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
• Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
• Assist outside agency with an attempt to locate a suicidal male in the Agency Creek area.
• Assist outside agency with a physical domestic disturbance in the 21000 block of Rock Creek Road.
• Assist outside agency with a report of shots fired in the 8800 block of Fort Hill Road.

• Traffic stop occurred in the area of milepost 24 on Highway 18. A male was arrested for misdemeanor driving while suspended and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.

• Assist outside agency with a dispute in the Willamina area.
• Welfare check performed in the 9600 block of Tilixam Circle.
• Warrant arrest in the Sheridan area. A male was transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas on a valid warrant.
• Citizen contact occurred in the area of Raven Loop and Tilixam Circle.
• Citizen contact occurred in the 28800 block of Salmon River Highway.

• Assist outside agency with a cover request on a traffic stop in the area of milepost 24 on Highway 18.
• Assist outside agency with a burglary in the Willamina area.

• Welfare check performed in the 28400 block of McPherson Road.
• Warrant arrest in the area of Yamhill River Road. A female was arrested and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
• Theft reported in the 9600 block of Raven Loop.
• Stolen vehicle reported in the area of milepost 24 on Hebo Road. Located a vehicle stolen out of Washington. A male had a valid warrant for his arrest and was in possession of methamphetamine. He was transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.

Wednesday, Aug. 19  

• Drug arrest in the 28400 block of McPherson Road. A female was transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas for possession of methamphetamine.
• Domestic disturbance in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. A male was arrested for domestic harassment and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.

Thursday, Aug. 20     

• Trespass reported in the 9600 block of Hebo Road.
• Suspicious vehicle reported in the 8500 block of Fort Hill Road.
• Welfare check performed in the 100 block of Wind River Drive.
• Criminal mischief reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Three vehicle crash reported in the area of milepost 25 on Highway 18.
• Found property in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
• Assist outside agency with an emotionally distressed person in the 28800 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Assist outside agency by contacting a suspect in the 9600 block of Tilixam Circle.
• Driving complaint received in the area of milepost 27 on Highway 18.

• Assist outside agency with a reported runaway in the 24000 block of Grand Ronde Road. The runaway was located and returned home.
• Driving complaint reported in the area of milepost 15 on Highway 18.
• Warrant arrest in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. A female was transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.

Monday, Aug. 24

• Drug complaint reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway
• Missing property in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Driving complaint reported in the area of milepost 1 on Highway 18.
• Theft reported in the 9600 block of Hebo Road.
• Warrant arrest and probation violation in the area of Grand Ronde Road. A male was transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
• Theft reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Assist outside agency with a cover request in the area of milepost 22 on Highway 18. A male was arrested on a valid warrant and a female was arrested on unlawful possession of a weapon. Both were transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.

Tuesday, Aug. 25  

• Report of a missing person in the area of Raven Loop and Tilixam Circle. The missing female was later located.
• Disturbance reported in the 26800 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Single vehicle crash reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. A female driver was arrested for driving under the influence.

Wednesday, Aug. 26      

• Driving complaint reported in the area of milepost 17 on Highway 18.
• Disturbance reported in the area of Tyee Road and Raven Loop.
• Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
• Assist outside agency with a cover request on an open door in the area of Gold Creek Road.
• Assist outside agency with a domestic disturbance in the 8600 block of Fort Hill Road.
