Assist outside agency with reported suspicious activity in the area of Monroe Street in Sheridan. Male subject was arrested and transported to the Yamhill County Jail in McMinnville.

Animal complaint reported in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.
Parking complaint received in the 28000 block of McPherson Road.
Assist outside agency with a non-injury crash in the area of milepost 18 on Salmon River Highway.
Assist outside agency with suspicious activity in the 27000 block of Jahn Road.
Assist outside agency with a driving complaint in the area of milepost 2 on Highway 22. Male subject was arrested for unlawful possession of methamphetamine and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.

Friday, July 13

Assist outside agency with a reported domestic disturbance in the 200 block of Third Street in Willamina.
Assist outside agency with a reported domestic disturbance in the area of milepost 15 on Highway 22. Vehicle was located in the area of milepost 24 on Southwest Hebo Road. Female subject was arrested for assault and a male subject was arrested for a valid parole violation detention warrant issued out of Deschutes County. Both subjects were transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
Reported domestic disturbance in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.

Saturday, July 14

Assist outside agency with a reported missing person in the 55000 block of Southwest Hebo Road.
Driving complaint received in the area of milepost 22 on Salmon River Highway.
Assist outside agency with a reported natural cover fire in the 25000 block of Yamhill River Road.

Sunday, July 15

Motorist assist occurred in the area of milepost 23 on Southwest Hebo Road.
Assist outside agency with an alarm in the 8600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
Driving complaint received in the area of milepost 13 on Salmon River Highway.
Assist outside agency with a reported domestic disturbance in the 100 block of Southwest Hill Drive in Willamina.

Tuesday, July 17

Motorist assist in the area of Grand Ronde and A. Ackerson roads.
Reported theft in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.
Found property in the 100 block of Wind River Drive.

Wednesday, July 18

Found property in the area of Grand Ronde Road and Salmon River Highway.
Warrant arrest in the 28000 block of Salmon River Highway. Male subject was transported to the Yamhill County Jail in McMinnville and lodged on a valid Yamhill County Circuit Court warrant for theft in the second degree.
Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
Traffic stop in the area of milepost 22 on Salmon River Highway. Male subject was issued a citation to appear for failure to return a suspended driver’s license.
Warrant arrest in the 28000 block of Salmon River Highway. Female subject was arrested on a valid Marion County warrant for probation violation, driving while suspended (misdemeanor) and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Male subject was arrested on a valid Lincoln County probation violation warrant, providing false information to a police officer and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Both subjects were transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.

Thursday, July 19

Found property in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.
Intoxicated subject in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Female subject was transported to Willamette Valley Medical Center in McMinnville by West Valley Fire personnel.
Welfare check in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.
Traffic stop in the area of milepost 21 on Salmon River Highway. Female subject was issued a citation to appear for failure to return a suspended driver’s license.
Driving complaint received in the area of milepost 23 on Salmon River Highway.

Friday, July 20

Assist outside agency with a reported dispute in the 500 block of Pioneer Drive in Willamina.
Found property in the 26000 block of Salmon River Highway.
Assist outside agency with a reported trespass in the 8600 block of Fort Hill Road.

Driving complaint received in the area of milepost 7 on Highway 18.
Reported vehicle fire in the area of milepost 26 on Salmon River Highway.

Assist outside agency with a reported trespass in the area of the Willamina Public Library.
Trespass reported in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Male subject was arrested and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.

Tuesday, July 24

Assist outside agency with a reported hit and run in the 1800 block of Highway 101 in Lincoln City.
Warrant arrest in the 28000 block of Salmon River Highway. Female subject was arrested on a valid Washington County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.

Wednesday, July 25

Assisted West Valley Fire personnel with a tree branch in the power lines in the 8000 block of Grand Ronde Road. Portland General Electric responded and removed the branch.
Suspicious activity reported in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
Found property in the 26000 block of Salmon River Highway.
Suspicious activity reported in the 500 block of Main Street in Willamina.

Citizen contact occurred in the 8600 block of Grand Ronde Road.

Assist outside agency with a medical call in the area of Old Little Hebo Road.
Driving complaint received in the area of milepost 14 on Salmon River Highway.
Driving complaint received in the area of milepost 8 on Salmon River Highway.
Suspicious activity reported in the 48000 block of Dragonfly Drive. Female subject was arrested and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
Assist outside agency in the area of milepost 17 on Salmon River Highway.
DUII arrest occurred in the area of Yamhill River and Gold Creek roads. Male subject was arrested and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas after providing a breath sample of .18 percent blood alcohol content.

Assist outside agency with an injury four-vehicle crash in the area of milepost 17 on Salmon River Highway.
