• Citizen contact occurred in the area of Tyee and Grand Ronde roads.

Tuesday, June 26

• Welfare check conducted in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.

• Criminal trespass reported in the 26000 block of Salmon River Highway. Female subject was arrested and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.

• Suspicious activity reported in the 9600 block of Tilixam Circle.

• Suspicious activity reported in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.

• Assist outside agency with a reported domestic disturbance in the 300 block of Northeast First Street in Willamina.

• Suspicious activity reported in the area of Fire Hall Road and Salmon River Highway.

Wednesday, June 27

• Assist outside agency with a reported domestic disturbance in the 600 block of First Street in Sheridan.

• Assist outside agency with a driving complaint in the area of milepost 9 on Highway 22.

• Criminal trespass reported in the 9700 block of Tilixam Circle. Male subject was arrested and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.

Thursday, June 28

• Assist outside agency in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.

• Motorist assist performed in the area of milepost 21 on Salmon River Highway.

• Animal complaint received in the area of Grand Ronde Road and Salmon River Highway.

• Warrant arrest made in the area of milepost 26 on Salmon River Highway. Male subject was arrested on a valid Deschutes County Circuit Court warrant and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.

• Assist outside agency with a driving complaint in the area of milepost 23 on Salmon River Highway. Male subject was arrested for three counts of violation of a valid restraining order and transported to the Yamhill County Jail in McMinnville.

Friday, June 29

• Animal complaint received in the 28000 block of McPherson Road.

• Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Tilixam Circle.

• Forgery reported in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.

• Citizen contact occurred in the area of Dragonfly and Blacktail Drive.

• Assist outside agency in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.

• Reported theft in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.

• Forgery reported in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.

Saturday, June 30

• Warrant arrest made in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road. Female subject was arrested on a valid probation violation detention warrant and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.

• Probation violation in the area of milepost 23 on Salmon River Highway. Male subject was arrested and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.

• Citizen contact occurred in the area of Grand Ronde and Tyee roads.

• Motorist assist performed in the area of milepost 25 on Salmon River Highway.

Sunday, July 1

• Suspicious activity reported in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.

• Warrant arrest made in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Male subject was arrested on a valid Dallas Municipal Court warrant and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.

• Warrant arrest made in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Male subject was arrested on a valid Linn County Circuit Court warrant and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.

• Warrant arrest made in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Female subject was arrested on a valid Linn County Circuit Court warrant and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.

• Drug complaint received in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Male subject was issued a citation for unlawful possession of marijuana under the age of 21.

• Drug complaint received in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Female subject was issued a citation to appear for unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

• Assist outside agency with a driving complaint in the area of milepost 33 on Salmon River Highway.

• Assist outside agency with a welfare check in the area of milepost 25 on Salmon River Highway.

• DUII in the 26000 block of Salmon River Highway. Male subject was issued a citation to appear after providing a breath sample of .15 percent blood alcohol content.

• Assist outside agency with an unattended death in the area of milepost 23 on Salmon River Highway.

• Warrant arrest made in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Male subject was arrested on a valid Washington County Circuit Court warrant and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
