Monday, Oct. 23

Unlawful entry into a motor vehicle at 9615 Grand Ronde Road.
Motor vehicle crash in the area of Tyee and Grand Ronde roads. Female subject was arrested and transported to the Yamhill County Jail for reckless driving, three counts of reckless endangering, criminal mischief in the first degree and unlawful use of a weapon.
DUII in the area of milepost 22 on Salmon River Highway. Female operator was issued a citation to appear on the criminal charge of DUII – Cannabis.
Assist outside agency regarding a male subject who arrived in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway with a gunshot wound to the lower abdomen. He was transported to Willamette Valley Medical Center in McMinnville by West Valley Fire personnel.
Reported attempted burglary/domestic assault in the 9700 block of Tilixam Circle.
Assist outside agency with suspicious activity in the area of Newsome Drive.

Tuesday, Oct. 24

Discarding lighted materials in the area of milepost 22 on Salmon River Highway. Female subject was cited to appear after tossing a lit cigarette from a vehicle she was a passenger in.
Assist outside agency with an alarm in the 28000 block of Tyee Road. Male subject was transported to Willamette Valley Medical Center in McMinnville by West Valley Fire personnel.

Animal complaint in the 28000 block of McPherson Road.
Attempted burglary in the 9600 block of Tilixam Circle.
Assist outside agency with a driving complaint in the area of milepost 6 on Salmon River Highway.
Suspicious activity in the area of Raven Loop and Tilixam Circle.

Assist outside agency regarding a medical in the 48000 block of Blacktail Drive. Female subject was transported to Willamette Valley Medical Center in McMinnville by West Valley Fire personnel.
Traffic stop at milepost 21 on Salmon River Highway. Female operator was issued a citation for speed for going 89 mph in a 55 mph speed zone.
Assist outside agency in the 53000 block of Sourgrass Road.
Failure to perform the duties of a driver--property damage occurred in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
Traffic assist in the area of Salmon River Highway and Grand Ronde Road.
Driving complaint in the area of milepost 23 on Salmon River Highway.
Suspicious activity in the 9600 block of Raven Loop.

Assist outside agency regarding a male subject who was arrested on a valid Marion County Circuit Court warrant following a traffic stop in the area of milepost 22 on Salmon River Highway. He was transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.

Suspicious activity in the area of Tyee Road and Tilixam Circle.
Criminal trespass in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. Male subject was issued a citation to appear for criminal trespass in the second degree.
