Tuesday, July 11

  • Suspicious activity reported on Blacktail Drive. Tribal police responded and investigated.

  • Suspicious activity reported at Big Buck campground. Officers investigated and determined the report to be unfounded.

  • Four juveniles were given a courtesy transport home after swimming.

  • A theft was reported on Raven Loop.

Wednesday, July 12

  • A panic alarm was activated in the 9000 block of Grand Ronde Road due to an accidental activation.

  • A criminal trespass was reported in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.

  • An animal abuse complaint was received in the area of Tyee Road. Tribal police investigated and determined the complaint was unfounded.

  • Two driving complaints were received on Highway 18. Tribal police did not see the vehicles.

  • Tribal police assisted Yamhill County deputies with an arrest. A male was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant.

Thursday, July 13

  • A citizen stopped by the Grand Ronde Tribal Police Station to get advice on a civil issue in Yamhill County. The citizen was directed to the appropriate division with the Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office.

  • Tribal police assisted with a civil stand-by.

  • Tribal employees located a severely injured cat and reported it to police. Tribal police responded and euthanized the cat after determining the injury was fatal.

  • An animal abuse complaint was received in the area of Tilixam Circle. Tribal police investigated and determined the complaint was unfounded.

  • A traffic accident was reported to police in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.

  • A theft was reported to police in the area of Tilixam Circle.

Friday, July 14

  • A panic alarm was accidently activated.

  • Expensive sunglasses were reported stolen in the 9000 block of Grand Ronde Road. Tribal police are investigating.

  • A traffic crash was reported to Tribal police in the 9000 block of Grand Ronde Road.

  • Tribal police continued to assist with a civil matter.

  • Tribal police responded to assist a female at Big Buck campground.

  • A driving complaint was received by Tribal police on Highway 18.

  • A disturbance was reported in the area of Tilixam Circle. Tribal police responded and assisted with calming the situation.

  • A financial theft was reported. Tribal police are investigating.

  • A theft was reported in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Police are investigating.

  • Tribal police were requested to assist Polk County deputies with a trespass complaint on Highway 18.

  • Suspicious activity was reported in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Police determined it was unfounded.

Saturday, July 15

  • A driving complaint was called in on Highway 18.

  • The suspect in a theft returned the stolen funds.

Sunday, July 16

  • Tribal police assisted a female with a mental health issue.

  • Yamhill County deputies requested Tribal police assist with a physical domestic disturbance in Willamina. A male and female were arrested by Yamhill County deputies.

  • A driving complaint was received on Highway 18. Tribal police located the vehicle and spoke with the driver.

  • Tribal police took a report of a stolen vehicle.

  • A theft was reported on Tyee Road.

  • Tribal police assisted Yamhill County deputies with a traffic stop. Two males were arrested for weapons and drug charges.

Monday, July 17

  • A traffic hazard was located by Tribal police.

  • Tribal police assisted two females with a vehicle problem and got their vehicle moving again.

  • A female with an arrest warrant was located and arrested during a traffic stop.

  • Tribal police located a vehicle called in during a driving complaint.

Tuesday, July 18

  • A citizen called to report hang-up calls at her residence.

  • A citizen turned in property that was found along Highway 18.

  • Drugs were found in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Tribal police seized the drugs for destruction.

  • A domestic disturbance was reported in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. A male was arrested for harassment, disorderly conduct and giving false information.

  • Tribal police located a vehicle crash on Highway 18.

Wednesday, July 19

  • A female was arrested for animal abuse.

  • Tribal police assisted a stranded motorist.

  • A bicycle was reported stolen in the area of Raven Loop.

  • A false alarm was reported in the 9000 block of Grand Ronde Road.

Thursday, July 20

  • Several false alarms were received.

  • A driving complaint was called in.

  • Tribal police assisted Polk County deputies with a domestic disturbance on Salmon River Highway.

  • A Department of Human Services report was forwarded to Tribal police.

  • Tribal police assisted Yamhill County deputies with arresting several wanted persons in Sheridan.

  • While in Sheridan, a Tribal officer observed two domestic disturbances in progress and assisted deputies.

  • Tribal police euthanized a deer that was injured by a vehicle.

Friday, July 21

  • Tribal police assisted a citizen with avoiding a scam.

  • A possibly suicidal person was reported to be in either the Yamhill County area or possibly in Grand Ronde. Tribal police assisted with searching.

  • A male was arrested for driving while felony suspended.

  • A male was located possibly violating a no contact order. A report was taken and forwarded to the courts.

  • A ladder was reported stolen.

  • A male was reported to be intoxicated and disturbing people. He was warned to keep quiet.

Saturday, July 22

  • An animal complaint was received in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.

  • Tribal police arrested, cited and released a male for forgery.
