Sunday, May 7

  • Several medical calls came through the 911 system.

  • Polk County Sheriff’s Office deputies requested Tribal police respond as backup to a reported fight in progress on Sawtell Road. Officers and deputies responded and determined that a fight did not occur.

  • A male was arrested on several outstanding felony warrants during a traffic stop on Hebo Road. The male also was cited for criminally driving while suspended.

  • A wallet was stolen out of a bathroom in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Officers are investigating.

  • A new iPhone was stolen in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Tribal police investigated and recovered the phone, which was returned to the owner.

  • A guest made suicidal comments to an employee in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Tribal police responded and spoke to the guest, who denied being suicidal and refused further assistance.

  • A medical call was received in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Tribal police responded and assisted medics, who were performing CPR. The patient was revived and transported to a hospital.

Monday, May 8

  • Tribal police assisted U.S. Marshals and Oregon State Police with a drug investigation.

  • A female was cited for failure to surrender a suspended driver’s license during a traffic stop.

  • A counterfeit $20 was passed in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Tribal police investigated and took a report.

  • Tribal police continued to investigate several previous cases.

Tuesday, May 9

  • Tribal police arrested a suspect in a sex case and lodged them in Yamhill County Correctional Facilities.

  • Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office, Polk County Sheriff’s Office and Tribal police responded to Willamina to assist a deputy with arresting a combative suspect.

  • Tribal police responded to the area of Sawtell Road to provide cover to a Polk County deputy who wasn’t responding to the radio.

  • A citizen called in a possible sex abuse of their children. Tribal police investigated and determined it was a mental health issue and referred the case to Tribal Children & Family Services personnel.

  • Tribal police assisted Polk County Sheriff’s deputies with a reported domestic disturbance on Fort Hill Road.

  • A citizen flagged down Tribal police and Polk County deputies to report a disturbance in the area of Blacktail Drive. Officers and deputies responded and assisted a female with a mental health issue.

Wednesday, May 10

  • Tribal police continued to investigate a fraud case that was reported. After the investigation, Tribal police arrested a male suspect on theft and fraud charges.

  • West Valley Fire requested assistance from Tribal police with an illegal burn.

  • Tribal police assisted Yamhill County deputies with an investigation by identifying a person of interest.

  • A driving complaint was received. Tribal police were unable to locate the driver.

  • Another complaint was received regarding the mental health issue from May 9.

Thursday, May 11

  • Tribal police investigated a state Department of Human Services complaint.

  • The mental health patient from May 9 continued to call. Relatives were given resources.

  • A female suspect was arrested on a parole violation on Grand Ronde Road.

  • Tribal police conducted a welfare check regarding children being left unattended.

  • A concerned citizen called in regarding a family member in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Tribal police conducted a welfare check and determined the person was OK.

Friday, May 12

  • Tribal police received another state Department of Human Services complaint.

  • A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.

  • A domestic disturbance was reported in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. A female was arrested and taken to the Polk County Jail on assault charges.

Saturday, May 13

  • A license plate was reported stolen in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Tribal police investigated and determined the theft occurred elsewhere.

  • A driving complaint was received regarding someone driving and drinking beer. Tribal police were unable to locate the vehicle.

  • A complaint was called in regarding an intoxicated subject getting in their vehicle and driving on Salmon River Highway. Due to the delay in reporting, Tribal police passed the information on to the Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office.

  • A vehicle was reported stolen. Tribal police took the report.

  • An underage gambler was reported in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Tribal police assisted with removing the person.

Sunday, May 14

  • A threat was called in to the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Tribal police are investigating.

  • A firearm was located in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway and returned to the owner.

  • Tribal police assisted Oregon State Police with a welfare check in the 29000 block of Salmon River Highway.

  • A driving complaint was received by Tribal police.

  • Tribal police located a vehicle with another vehicle’s license plates. After an investigation, the driver was cited.

  • Yamhill County deputies requested assistance for a domestic in progress. Tribal police responded. Deputies cancelled the request before Tribal police arrived.

  • Tribal police assisted Oregon State Police with attempting to locate a male on Hebo Road who was reported to be stumbling in the roadway. Tribal police searched the area but no one was located.

  • Polk County deputies and Tribal police responded to the area of South Street and Grand Ronde Road for a domestic assault. A male was arrested.

  • A citizen located a lost wallet and gave it to Tribal police, who returned it to the owner.

Monday, May 15

  • A vehicle was towed from the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.

  • A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.

  • A 911 hang-up was reported on North Street and Grand Ronde Road. Tribal police responded and learned it was an accidental dial by a child.

  • Yamhill County deputies requested Grand Ronde police and Polk County deputies respond to assist with a domestic disturbance in Willamina. The request was cancelled before arrival.

Tuesday, May 16

  • A trespass was reported at Big Buck Campground. Tribal police responded.

  • A runaway juvenile was located in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway and reunited with a guardian.

  • Polk County deputies and Tribal police responded to South Street and Grand Ronde Road for a domestic disturbance and determined a crime had not been committed.

  • A theft was reported in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Tribal police investigated and contacted the suspect. The stolen money was recovered and returned to the victim.

  • A domestic assault was reported in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Tribal police investigated and determined a crime had not been committed.

Wednesday, May 17

  • Tribal police assisted Yamhill County deputies with a disturbance in the 29000 block of Salmon River Highway.

  • A citizen contacted Tribal police to answer questions regarding an eviction.

  • A suspicious person was called in to Tribal police in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Tribal police contacted the person and determined that a crime had not occurred.

  • A former employee made concerning statements. Tribal police were contacted and the information was given to a crisis team.

  • A citizen called to complain about an argument between them and a neighbor. Tribal police responded and determined a crime had not occurred. The parties were warned to stay away from each other to avoid further disturbances.

  • Tribal police located a railroad tie on Highway 18 and removed it.

  • Yamhill County deputies and Tribal police were called to the area of Hebo Road and Grand Ronde Road for a prowler. Deputies and police searched the area and did not locate anyone.

  • A marijuana complaint was reported to police on Raven Loop. The marijuana was seized for destruction.

  • Tribal police and Polk County deputies assisted Yamhill County deputies with a traffic crash in Willamina.

  • Tribal police were requested to assist Yamhill County deputies with a disturbance in Sheridan.

Thursday, May 18

  • A driving complaint was reported to Tribal police, who located the driver. The driver was cited.

  • Tribal police assisted Polk County deputies with a suspicious person call in the Willamina/Sheridan area. A male was arrested for violating a no contact order.

  • Tribal police and West Valley Fire assisted a disabled vehicle on Highway 18.

  • A possible theft was reported to Tribal police, who are investigating.

  • Tribal police assisted Oregon State Police with attempting to locate individuals jumping into traffic, but no one was in the reported area.

  • A male was arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant in the 26000 block of Salmon River Highway.

Friday, May 19

  • Tribal police assisted Polk County deputies with a child abuse investigation.

  • A theft was reported in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Tribal police are investigating.

Saturday, May 20

  • Tribal police responded to a harassment complaint in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. After an investigation, it was determined the complaint was unfounded.

  • An illegal camping issue was discovered by Tribal police in the area of Agency Creek.

  • Syringes were located in the area of Tyee Road.

  • Multiple driving complaints were called in on Salmon River Highway due to a high level of traffic.

  • A citizen called Tribal police regarding making sure his property was not stolen.

  • A noise complaint in the area of Tyee Road was called in. Tribal police warned the residents to keep the noise down.

Sunday, May 21

  • A female subject requested a welfare check on her children due to a disturbance she felt.

  • An abandoned vehicle was located by Tribal police with a note indicating it would be picked up.

  • Tribal police assisted Polk County deputies with locating a suspect vehicle involved in a domestic assault. Tribal police stopped the vehicle and detained the individuals until Polk County deputies arrived and arrested a suspect.

  • Tribal police stopped and cited a reckless driver.

  • A runaway juvenile was reported on Raven Loop. Tribal police located the juvenile, who was reunited with their guardian.

  • A male with an outstanding arrest warrant was located during a traffic stop. The male was arrested and transported to jail.

Monday, May 22

  • Citizens called Tribal police regarding a civil dispute between roommates. Tribal police assisted with finding a peaceful resolution.

  • Debris was located on Highway 18 and removed by Tribal police.

  • Tribal police assisted Oregon State Police with a traffic crash on Hebo Road.

  • A sex crime was reported to Tribal police. Police are investigating.

  • Tribal police and Polk County deputies responded to Highway 22 to assist Oregon State Police with a traffic stop.

  • A male was heard screaming for help on Yamhill River Road. Tribal police responded and assisted medics and Polk County deputies with the scene.

Tuesday, May 23

  • A parking complaint was received in the area of Raven Loop.

  • Gunshots were reported on Agency Creek Road.

  • A missing person was reported to Tribal police, who are investigating.

Wednesday, May 24

  • Tribal police assisted Oregon State Police with a traffic crash on Hebo Road.

  • Polk County deputies and Tribal police responded to a domestic disturbance call in the 28000 block of Salmon River Highway. A subject was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

  • A trespass was reported on Tribal property on McPherson Road. The person was contacted and left Tribal property.

  • Tribal police located the driver from a driving complaint who was having a medical issue.

  • A theft was reported in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.

  • Multiple driving complaints were received by Tribal police.

Thursday, May 25

  • An abandoned trailer was reported in the area of Yoncalla Road.

Friday, May 26

  • An illegal camping was reported at Big Buck campground.

  • Another illegal camping was reported near Raven Loop.

  • Tribal police assisted Yamhill County deputies with a reported burglary in progress.

  • An animal complaint was reported in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.

  • A possible Elder abuse was reported to Tribal police, who are investigating with the Lincoln City Police Department.

  • A driving complaint was reported to Tribal police in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.

  • Tribal police assisted the Beaverton Police Department with an investigation.

Saturday, May 27

  • Several illegal camps were reported on Agency Creek Road.

  • A child abuse complaint was reported on Raven Loop. Tribal police investigated and determined it was unfounded.

  • A forged check was turned in to Tribal police.

  • Tribal police assisted Oregon State Police with arresting a wanted subject.

  • A car was reported on fire on Hebo Road. Tribal police responded and are investigating.

  • Tribal police arrested a female for trespassing after she refused to leave the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.
