  • Assist outside agency with a warrant arrest in the area of milepost 1 on Highway 22. A male was arrested for a valid warrant by Polk County Sheriff’s Office deputies.
  • Assist outside agency with a fight in progress in the 700 block of Barber Avenue in Sheridan.

Friday, April 29

  • Assist outside agency with a burglary in progress in the 200 block of Hill Drive in Willamina. A male was arrested for a valid warrant by Polk County Sheriff’s Office deputies.
  • Assist outside agency with a report of trespassing in the 25000 block of Yamhill River Road. A male left the scene before law enforcement personnel arrived.
  • Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
  • Citizen contact occurred in the 28400 block of McPherson Road.
  • Assist outside agency when the Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office requested assistance testing an unknown substance.
  • Suspicious vehicle reported in the area of milepost 24 on Hebo Road. Occupants of a vehicle were warned about trespassing.

Saturday, April 30

  • Citizen contact occurred in the 24300 block of Blue Jay Court.
  • Report of theft in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Assist outside agency with a suspect contact in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. A male from a hit-and-run in Lincoln City was contacted and arrested by Lincoln City Police Department officers.
  • Assist outside agency with a cover request in the area of Highway 18 and Harmony Road. A male was arrested for a valid warrant by Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office deputies.
  • Traffic stop occurred in the area of milepost 26 on Highway 18. A male driver did not have identification and was arrested for failure to carry and present identification.
  • Domestic disturbance reported in the 100 block of Wind River Drive. It was determined that no crimes were committed.
  • Report of a robbery in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. An investigation determined the crime occurred in Lincoln City.
  • Assist outside agency with a cover request in the 700 block of Conastoga Drive. It was determined that no crimes were committed.

Sunday, May 1

  • Assist outside agency with a cover request in the 400 block of Monroe Street in Sheridan. An audible alarm turned out to be a false alarm.
  • Citizen contact occurred in the area of milepost 24 on Highway 18. A male was seen dancing on the side of the road.
  • A disabled vehicle was reported in the area of milepost 25 on Highway 18. A male’s vehicle was out of gas and he was waiting for a ride.
  • Driving complaint reported in the area of milepost 13 on Highway 18. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.
  • Assist outside agency with a cover request in the area of Oak and Yamhill streets in Sheridan for a DUII. A male driver was arrested by Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office deputies.
  • Assist outside agency with a cover request in the area of Main Street and Pacific Place in Sheridan. A male was arrested for a restraining order violation by Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office deputies.
  • Assist outside agency with a reported trespass in the area of Main and Bridge streets in Willamina. A female was warned about trespassing.
  • A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 9600 block of Hebo Road. The vehicle’s occupants were warned about trespassing.

Monday, May 2

  • Vehicle lockout reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. Officers assisted in getting the vehicle unlocked.
  • Assist outside agency with a domestic disturbance in the 28800 block of Salmon River Highway. It was determined that no crimes were committed.
  • Disabled vehicle reported in the area of milepost 25 on Highway 18.
  • Report of fraud in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. A male involved left the property before law enforcement personnel arrived.
  • Report of fraud in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. A female was reported using a fake bill, but it was determined that no criminal activity occurred.
  • Drugs found in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.

Tuesday, May 3    

  • Suspicious vehicle reported in the 8900 block of Hebo Road. The vehicle was broken down and officers assisted in getting it moving.
  • Citizen contact occurred in the 9000 block of Grand Ronde Road.
  • Assist outside agency with a traffic hazard in the area of milepost 14 on Highway 18.
  • Citizen contact occurred in the area of Big Buck campground for a vehicle stuck in the mud.
  • Intoxicated subject reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. A male was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Wednesday, May 4

  • Driving complaint reported in the area of milepost 6 on Highway 22. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.
  • Citizen contact occurred in the area of milepost 26 on Highway 18.
  • Traffic assist occurred in the area of milepost 28 on Highway 18. A vehicle with a flat tire was partially blocking the road.
  • Traffic assist occurred in the area of milepost 1 on Highway 22. A vehicle with a flat tire was partially blocking the road.
  • Citizen contact occurred in the 28400 block of McPherson Road regarding suspicious activity in the area.

Thursday, May 5 

  • Assist outside agency with a domestic disturbance in the 28800 block of Salmon River Highway. All parties departed before law enforcement personnel arrived.
  • Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
  • Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
  • Assist outside agency with a traffic hazard in the area of highways 18 and 22 for downed power lines.
  • Noise complaint reported in the area of Wind River Drive.
  • Traffic assist occurred in the area of milepost 21 on Highway 18.
  • Report of financial abuse in the area of Blacktail Drive.

Friday, May 6

  • Suspicious vehicle reported in the area of Yamhill River and Fort Hill roads. The vehicle had a flat tire.
  • Responded to a two-vehicle crash in the area of milepost 24 on Highway 18.
  • Assist outside agency with a driving complaint in the area of Grand Ronde Road and Highway 18. A female driver was located and arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.
  • Disturbance reported in the 48700 block of Eagle Loop.
  • Driving complaint reported in the area of milepost 29 on Highway 18. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.

Saturday, May 7

  • Driving complaint reported in the area of milepost 29 on Highway 18. Officers located the vehicle and the driver said he had not slept in some time.
  • Driving complaint reported in the area of Highway 22 and Starr Road. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.
  • Traffic assist occurred in the area of milepost 22 on Highway 18. A vehicle had broken down and needed to be towed.
  • Suspicious vehicle reported in the area of Blacktail Drive. The vehicle was unattended.
  • Traffic stop occurred in the area of milepost 25 on Highway 18. The driver was arrested for driving while suspended (felony).
  • Assist outside agency with a possible prowler in the area of Grand Ronde Road and Highway 18. Officers searched the residence and did not find anyone.

Sunday, May 8

  • Assist outside agency on a welfare check in the area of Highway 18B and Rock Creek. A female was found walking and transported to a local hospital.
  • Driving complaint reported in the area of milepost 23 on Highway 18. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.
  • Report of theft in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Assist outside agency when Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office deputies requested assistance with testing an unknown substance.
  • Report of a stolen vehicle in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. Officers found the owners who had forgotten where they parked.
  • Noise complaint reported in the area of Wind River Drive.
  • Drug complaint reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.

Monday, May 9

  • Suspicious vehicle reported in the 9000 block of Hebo Road. A male driver was arrested for a valid warrant.
  • Fraud reported in the 26800 block of Salmon River Highway. A person attempted to pay with allegedly fake money.
  • Assist outside agency with a report of theft in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
  • Suspicious vehicle reported in the 9600 block of Hebo Road. The occupants were warned about trespassing.
  • Suspicious vehicle reported in the area of milepost 24 on Hebo Road. Occupants were warned about trespassing.
  • A suspicious person was reported in the 26800 block of Salmon River Highway. Officers were unable to locate the individual.

Tuesday, May 10    

  • Citizen contact occurred in the 9000 block of Grand Ronde Road.
  • Suspicious vehicle reported in the 9000 block of Hebo Road. The occupants were warned about trespassing.
  • Report of theft in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road that turned out to be misplaced and not stolen.
  • Criminal mischief reported in the 9500 block of Raven Loop. Report of sugar being placed in a gas tank.
  • Suspicious vehicle reported in the 9600 block of Hebo Road. The occupants were warned about trespassing.
  • Driving complaint reported in the area of milepost 23 on Highway 18. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.

Wednesday, May 11

  • Civil assist performed in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road. Two individuals were issued trespass paperwork.
  • Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
  • Smoke check occurred in the 24200 block of Salmon River Highway that turned out to be a controlled burn and no danger.
  • Assist outside agency with a report of an overdose in the 26300 block of Salmon River Highway. Medics revived the individual.

Thursday, May 12 

  • Report of an open window in the 9600 block of Tilixam Circle. The building was unoccupied.
  • Drug complaint reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Traffic stop occurred in the area of Highway 18 and Steel Bridge Road. A male was arrested for two valid warrants.

Friday, May 13

  • Report of trespassing in the 8300 block of Steel Bridge Road. Those on property had permission to be there.
  • Assist outside agency with a two-vehicle crash in the area of milepost 21 on Highway 18.
  • Noise complaint reported in the 100 block of Wind River Drive.
  • Traffic assist occurred in the area of milepost 26 on Highway 18.
  • Assist outside agency with a report of trespassing in the 51000 block of Hebo Road. The suspects had already left when law enforcement officers arrived.
  • Driving complaint reported in the area of milepost 14 on Highway 22. Officers diverted to a priority call and did not locate the vehicle.
  • Assist outside agency with a report of an emotionally distressed person in the 8300 block of Grand Ronde Road. A male was transported to a local hospital for evaluation.
  • Drugs found in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Disorderly conduct reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.

Saturday, May 14

  • Citizen contact occurred in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Drugs found in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Alarm went off in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road that turned out to be false.
  • Driving complaint reported in the area of milepost 10 on Highway 22. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.
  • Welfare check performed in the 9600 block of Tilixam Circle.
  • Assist outside agency with a prisoner escape in the Sheridan area. The male was located.
  • Assist outside agency with a cover request in the area of Yamhill River Road.
  • Suspicious vehicle reported in the 26800 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Driving complaint reported in the area of milepost 23 on Highway 18. The vehicle was located and the driver was just fatigued.

Sunday, May 15

  • Assist outside agency with a report of a fight in progress in the area of milepost 21 on Highway 18. Officers searched the area and were unable to locate a fight.
  • Citizen contact occurred in the 48000 block of Blacktail Drive.
  • Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
  • Warrant arrest occurred in the 7800 block of AR Ford Road. A female was arrested for a valid warrant.
  • Disturbance reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Domestic disturbance reported in the 26800 block of Salmon River Highway. It was determined that no crimes were committed.

Monday, May 16

  • Report of a crash in the 26800 block of Salmon River Highway. The driver was cited for no insurance and theft.
  • Citizen contact occurred in the 28400 block of McPherson Road.
  • Trespass reported in the 25000 block of Blue Jay Court. A male was arrested for trespassing.
  • Driving complaint reported in the area of milepost 23 on Highway 18. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.
  • Domestic disturbance reported in the 100 block of Wind River Drive. An investigation showed that no crimes occurred.
  • Assist outside agency with a report of people breaking into a vehicle in the 1200 block of Main Street in Sheridan.

Tuesday, May 17    

  • Criminal mischief reported in the 9600 block of Tilixam Circle. A male was cited for criminal mischief.
  • Report of telephonic harassment in the 9600 block of Raven Loop.
  • Domestic disturbance reported in the area of milepost 23 on Highway 18. An investigation determined that no crimes were committed.
  • Suspicious person reported in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road. A female was waiting for a bus.
  • Assist outside agency with a cover request in the 19400 block of Canyon Road for a restraining order violation.
  • Assist outside agency with a cover request for a domestic disturbance in the 200 block of Hill Drive in Willamina. A male was cited for harassment.
  • Suspicious activity reported in the area of Highway 18 and Grand Ronde Road.

Wednesday, May 18

  • Assist outside agency with a cover request in the area of Cherry Hill Road regarding someone pointing a gun at people. Officers found it was a pellet gun and the female was cited for disorderly conduct.
  • Assist outside agency with an attempt to locate a stolen vehicle in the 29000 block of Salmon River Highway. The vehicle was able to elude officers.
  • Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
  • Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
  • Suspicious vehicle reported in the 9600 block of Hebo Road. The vehicle’s occupant was warned about trespassing.

  • Report of criminal mischief in the 9600 block of Raven Loop. Two vehicles had their tires slashed.
  • Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road. A female was cited for a valid warrant.
  • Report of theft in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.

  • Welfare check performed in the 8600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
  • Driving complaint reported in the area of milepost 24 on Highway 18. The driver was determined to not be impaired.
  • Assist outside agency with a reported trespass in the area of Oaken Hill Drive.
  • Welfare check performed in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Assist outside agency with a cover request on a traffic stop in the area of Gold Creek Road. A male was arrested for a valid warrant.
  • Traffic stop occurred in the area of milepost 25 on Highway 18. The driver was arrested for driving while suspended (misdemeanor).

  • Driving complaint reported in the area of milepost 3 on Highway 22. The vehicle turned into Willamina and the call was handled by the Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office.
