Monday, July 30

Assist outside agency with a road obstruction in the area of milepost 25 on Salmon River Highway.
Criminal trespass reported in the area of Tilixam Circle and Tyee Road. Male subject was issued a criminal citation to appear for criminal trespass in the second degree.
Driving complaint received in the area of milepost 17 on Salmon River Highway.
Assist outside agency with a welfare check in the 9300 block of Grand Ronde Road.
Suspicious activity reported in the area of Andy Riggs and Fire Hall roads.
Suspicious activity reported in the area of Raven Loop and Tilixam Circle. Male subject was warned for criminal trespass.

Thursday, Aug. 2

Found property in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
Assist outside agency with a reported alarm and open door in the 22000 block of Rock Creek Road in Sheridan.
Suspicious activity reported in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.
Reported DUII in the area of Grand Ronde Road and Salmon River Highway. Male subject was arrested after providing a breath sample of .21 percent blood alcohol content.
Suspicious activity reported in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.
Suspicious activity reported in the 48000 block of Dragonfly Drive.

Friday, Aug. 3

Suspicious activity reported in the area of milepost 24 on Southwest Hebo Road.
Assist outside agency in the 25000 block of Yamhill River Road.

Animal complaint received in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.
Driving complaint received in the area of milepost 26 on Salmon River Highway.

Saturday, Aug. 4

Suspicious activity reported in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.
Traffic stop occurred in the area of milepost 24 on Salmon River Highway. Male subject was arrested for felony driving while suspended and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
Assist outside agency with a non-injury crash in the area of milepost 23 on Salmon River Highway.
Assist outside agency with a medical issue in the 8300 block of King Road.
Suspicious activity reported in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.
Traffic hazard in the area of McPherson and Grand Ronde roads.
Assist outside agency with a warrant arrest in the 26000 block of Salmon River Highway. Female subject was arrested on a valid warrant and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas. A male subject, who also had a valid felony warrant, fled the area on foot. A search of the area was conducted with the use of two police dogs from the Salem Police Department with negative results.
Suspicious activity reported in the 9600 block of Tilixam Circle.
Assist outside agency in the 8400 block of Grand Ronde Road. Two subjects were arrested for violating the conditions of their parole and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
Assist outside agency with a combative subject at the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
Assist outside agency with a DUII investigation in the area of milepost 15 on Highway 22 in Rickreall.

Sunday, Aug. 5

Warrant arrest in the 26000 block of Salmon River Highway. With the assistance of Polk County Sheriff’s Office, Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office and the Oregon State Police personnel, the male subject who escaped from custody on the evening of Aug. 4 was taken into custody on a valid Benton County felony warrant and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
Assist outside agency with suspicious activity in the area of milepost 10 on Salmon River Highway.
Non-injury crash in the area of milepost 22 on Salmon River Highway.
Physical altercation in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Female subject was arrested for harassment and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
Assist outside agency with an in-progress physical domestic disturbance in the 700 block of Deerlane Loop in Otis.
Suspicious activity reported in the area of milepost 24 on Southwest Hebo Road.

Monday, Aug. 6

Public assist occurred in the 48000 block of Blacktail Drive.
Domestic dispute in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Male subject was arrested for harassment and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
Assist outside agency with report of shots fired in the 700 block of Deer Loop Lane in Otis.

Domestic dispute reported in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.
Assist outside agency with suspicious activity reported in the area of Grand Ronde and Andy Riggs roads.
Assist outside agency with a DUII in the area of milepost 20 on Salmon River Highway. Male subject was arrested for DUII (controlled substance) and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. He was transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
Assist outside agency with a vehicle crash in the area of milepost 21 on Salmon River Highway. Female subject was arrested for DUII (alcohol), reckless driving and reckless endangering. She was transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
