General welfare, timber payment information

The December general welfare and timber payments will go out on Friday, Dec. 12. Tribal members enrolled by the payment date will receive a payment.

The amounts are $570 for timber and $2,850 for general welfare.

If direct deposit was not submitted by Thursday, Dec. 4, for newly enrolled Tribal members, then payment will go out via check. Checks will be available for pickup from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 12, in the Governance Center on the Tribal campus. Those with preestablished direct deposit payments will be processed as a direct deposit.

Timber payments are disbursed to the Trust for Tribal members younger than 21.
