• Assist outside agency with a welfare check in the 28000 block of Salmon River Highway. A male subject was arrested and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas for violating the conditions of a valid restraining order.
• Reported trespass in the 47000 block of Southwest Hebo Road.
• Assist outside agency with a reported missing person in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Motorist assist occurred in the area of milepost 4 on Agency Creek Road.
• Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Raven Loop.

• Assist outside agency with reported criminal trespass in the area of milepost 22 on Salmon River Highway. The Oregon Department of Transportation posted trespass notices in and around an illegal camp site located across from the Spirit Mountain convenience store.
• Suspicious activity reported in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
• Suspicious activity reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Driving complaint received in the area of milepost 23 on Salmon River Highway.
• Assist outside agency with a reported runaway juvenile in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Suspicious activity reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. A male subject was issued a citation to appear on the criminal charge of possession of a forged instrument.
• Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
• Assist outside agency in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.

Tuesday, May 14

• Illegal parking reported in the area of Tilixam Circle and Raven Loop. Both vehicles were tagged for tow.
• Traffic stop occurred in the area of Yamhill River Road and Highway 18B in Willamina. A male subject was arrested for driving while suspended (misdemeanor) and issued a citation to appear.
• Assist outside agency with criminal trespass/illegal camping in the 23000 block of Yamhill River Road in Willamina.
• Suspicious activity reported in the 8700 block of Grand Ronde Road.
• Assist outside agency with reported suspicious activity in the 26000 block of Yamhill River Road in Willamina. A female subject was arrested and issued a citation to appear of a valid Newberg Municipal Court warrant. A male subject was arrested on a valid probation detention warrant and transported to the Yamhill County Jail in McMinnville.

Tuesday, May 21

• Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
• Reported fraud in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. A male subject was arrested for impersonating a peace officer, possession of a forged instrument, attempted theft in the second degree and cheating. He was transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
• Suspicious activity reported in the 9600 block of Raven Loop.
• Traffic hazard in the area of Salmon River Highway and Grand Ronde Road.

Wednesday, May 22

• Assist outside agency with suspicious activity in the 600 block of Main Street in Willamina.
• Assist outside agency in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Illegal camping/criminal trespass reported in the area of 402 Road and Big Buck Campground.
• Assist outside agency with a single-vehicle rollover crash in the area of Highway 18B and Yamhill River Road. A male subject was arrested for DUII (alcohol) and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
