• Reported theft in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Male subject was arrested and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas for theft in the second degree.

• Assist outside agency with a driving complaint in the area of Highway 22 and Brown Road.

• Warrant arrest in the area of Grand Ronde and McPherson roads. Male subject was arrested and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas on three Yamhill County Circuit Court warrants for failure to appear on the original charge of theft, one Polk County Circuit Court warrant for theft and one Salem Municipal Court warrant for failure to perform the duties of a driver (property damage).

Friday, Aug. 31

• Suspicious conditions reported in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.

• Non-injury vehicle crash reported in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.

• Assist outside agency with a reported residential burglary in the 8400 block of Grand Ronde Road. Two male subjects were arrested and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.

Sunday, Sept. 2

• Reported theft in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.

• Driving complaint received in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Male subject was arrested for harassment, disorderly conduct in the second degree and DUII (alcohol) after providing a breath sample of .10% blood alcohol content.

Monday, Sept. 3

• Suspicious activity in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Male and female subjects were arrested after being found in possession of 121.2 grams of heroin and 42.4 grams of methamphetamine. Both subjects were transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas and lodged on the criminal charges of unlawful delivery of heroin, unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of heroin and unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

• Assist outside agency with a reported burglary in progress in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.

• Assist outside agency with reported shots fired in the 17000 block of Brown Road.

Tuesday, Sept. 4

• Assist outside agency with a reported domestic dispute in the 47000 block of Southwest Hebo Road. Male subject was arrested and transported to the Yamhill County Jail in McMinnville.

• Reported theft in the 26000 block of Salmon River Highway.

Wednesday, Sept. 5

• Assist outside agency with reported suspicious activity in the area of milepost 26 on Salmon River Highway.

• Assist outside agency with reported domestic assault in the area of milepost 5 on Salmon River Highway in Otis.

• Suspicious activity reported in the 26000 block of Salmon River Highway.

Thursday, Sept. 6

• Reported illegal camping in the area of Service Road 510 Agency Creek.

• Reported illegal camping at Big Buck Campground.

Friday, Sept. 7

• Assist outside agency with a fatal commercial motor vehicle crash in the area of milepost 20 on Southwest Hebo Road.

• Citizen contact occurred in the area of Andy Riggs and Fire Hall roads.

• Assist outside agency with a warrant arrest in the 200 block of First Street in Willamina. Male subject was arrested and transported to the Yamhill County Jail in McMinnville on a valid warrant.

• Traffic stop occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road. Male subject was arrested and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas on the criminal charges of failure to register as a sex offender and contempt of court.

• Traffic stop in the area of Southwest Hebo Road and Salmon River Highway. Male subject was arrested and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas on a valid Multnomah County Circuit Court warrant for assault in the fourth degree.

• Driving complaint received in the area of Southwest Hebo Road and Salmon River Highway.

• Reported physical altercation in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.

• Assist outside agency with a reported driving complaint in the area of milepost 38 westbound on Salmon River Highway.
