• Assist outside agency in the area of Grand Ronde and Andy Riggs roads.

• Warrant arrest in the 26000 block of Salmon River Highway. Female subject was arrested on a valid Oregon State Parole Board warrant and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.

Wednesday, April 25

• Assist outside agency in the area of Main Street in Willamina. Female subject was arrested on a valid probation violation detention warrant and transported to the Yamhill County Jail in McMinnville.

• Theft reported in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.

• Theft reported in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.

• Citizen contact in the area of milepost 22 on Salmon River Highway.

Thursday, April 26

• Citizen contact in the 48000 block of Dragonfly Drive.

• Warrant arrest in the area of milepost 26 on Salmon River Highway. Male subject was arrested on a valid Tillamook County parole violation warrant and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.

• Assist outside agency in the 8600 block of Grand Ronde Road. Female subject was arrested on a valid Polk County parole violation warrant and a valid Yamhill County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear. She was transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.

Friday, April 27

• Assist outside agency in the 9600 block of Tilixam Circle.

• Welfare check conducted in the 25000 block of Blue Jay Court.

• Noise complaint received in the 9600 block of Raven Loop.

• Theft reported in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Male subject was issued a citation to appear on the criminal charge of third-degree theft.

• Assist outside agency in the 28000 block of Andy Riggs Road.

• Assist outside agency with a reported missing person in the area of South Lake campground.

• Drug complaint received in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.

• Assist outside agency with a motor vehicle crash in the area of milepost 15 on Salmon River Highway.

• Suspicious activity reported in the 26000 block of Salmon River Highway.

• Assist outside agency with a domestic disturbance in the area of milepost 24 on Salmon River Highway.

• Assist outside agency in the 25000 block of Andy Riggs Road. Male subject was arrested and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
