On Wednesday, July 2, Spirit Mountain Casino leadership held its first-ever “Pathways: A Tribal Community Forum,” event, which offered Tribal members an opportunity to engage directly with casino executives.

Following the reception at the new outdoor courtyard space, Chief Executive Officer Camille Mercier was joined by Chief Operating Officer Clint Johnson and Chief Financial Officer Jannie Tharp for a conversation with updates on casino operations, casino performance, upcoming projects, and efforts to adapt to market and guest expectations.

The leadership team spoke about the current state of operations, financial trends and plans to refresh some aspects of the casino. They also addressed how Spirit Mountain is adapting to changes in the market and evolving guest expectations.

“Throughout the conversation, they emphasized the casino’s role as an economic engine for the Tribe and shared how they’re working to strengthen its long-term stability and impact,” an emailed statement from the casino said. “This marks the first time casino leadership has made themselves directly available to the community in this format, reinforcing a strong commitment to transparency and tribal engagement.”

The event concluded with a question-and-answer session, giving Tribal members the opportunity to share feedback.
