Shirley Ann Langley of Grand Ronde went home to be with the Lord on Oct. 21, 2015, at the age of 79.

She was born in Wadena, Minn., on Oct. 4, 1936, to Archie Edward and Hazel Irene (Cheney) Keller. She attended school in Wadena and Orr, Minn., until age 10 when she moved to Oregon and attended schools in Ballston, Gooseneck and Willamina. Later she met and married Clarence Dale Langley in 1957. They spent 56 years married.

Shirley had many hobbies throughout her life, including horseback riding, taking pictures, camping, bow hunting, traveling and attending her church (Lighthouse Gospel), but most importantly she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and family. They were the loves of her life.

She is survived by sons, Edward, John and Bryan Langley; daughters, Kathy Werst, Debbie Dolan and Ashley Langley; brother, Bill Keller; sister, Darlene Butler; and 36 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence; brother, James Keller; sister, Ramona Langley; son, Mike Langley; and both of her parents.

A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 29, at the Tribal gym in Grand Ronde. A viewing will be held at the Dallas Mortuary Tribute Center from 1 to 5 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 27.
