Tribal Elder Clarice Ellison, 85, walked on Monday, June 24, in Silverton.

Clarice enjoyed traveling, going to the beach and her flower garden. Her greatest joy though was her two granddaughters.

She is survived by her daughter, Joyce (David) Greenburg; granddaughters Lori Holmes and Tiffany Keppinger (Mason); and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Willamette Valley Hospice, Dee Humphries and Lone Oaks Care Home for their loving care of Clarice.

Graveside services will be held 10:30 a.m. Monday, July 1, at Green Crest Memorial Park in Sheridan, Ore. Arrangements were made by Virgil T. Golden Funeral Service of Salem.
